SO i finally finnished my terrashark and took it for its first ride today at Mt Stromlo forest park, ACT.

rides nice nice but would really like a longer travel shock on the rear, gonna see if i can get hold of one of the shock mounts mentioned in the announcements thread. Other wise i'll make my own.

Yup agreed there, changing from the existing 1.25 inch travel DNM to a longer 2 inch travel will be real nice...

if you are interested in the 7.5 inch travel mounts...i got 1 spare...email me - magpies14@gmail.com if you are interested...

Hey mate, how do you recon the dnm shock would go as a general XC shock. Am considering buying a few thru Evan as spares if they rate half decent just for riding around town and thru the bush occassionally. I already have some fox float R shocks. Just thought the price Evan has them at seems like a bargain. Mark

I havnt ridden on it much yet but so far it seems ok. its nothing special but its not junk. I think it would be reasonably good for town riding and trails aswell. there are no on the fly adjusments or lockout so you would need to trial and error to find a good pressure for mixed riding.
