hmm that's no good! I'll test it now in this post.
First expand the Attachment section below the editor.
Browse to your image, then upload.
Then click the Insert Image button.
Doing that now here:
Yep that worked. Try again and we'll see if it works.
Note that your image needs to be a jpg.
