Definitely the best looking Terrashark I've seen.. I'll be examining this closely when I get some upgrades!

Pete. That's an awesome setup. I'm changing my wheelset soon and can't find any wheelset as cool as yours over here in Manila. I do mostly offroad mountain biking but I'm not too keen on doing jumps yet. Way to go bud!

By the way, how and where can I get my hands on a similar wheelset? I've got a friend who's visiting NYC in october for 2 weeks. Maybe he can lug me a new set when he comes back to Manila.

THANKS PEPI, it took me over 2 yrs to find these on ebay (and i was look'n for em) they made very few red hub DH ss rev-x with disc brake, the carbon is much thicker and a wider rim (SS=super stiff) these things are bombproof!

believe it or not these wheels still get $700-800 on ebay! (if and when you can find them)

i also just got a new saddle i had to post, is it me or does it look like this saddle was made for this bike, shaped much like the frame and follows the swingarm "line" perfectly! 

now she's done!

found this rare carbon maverick (turner racing) sc-32 inverted air fork, 75-120mm adj. lockout, with a huge 24mm axel!
im still finishing the axel conversion so i can use the spinergys with it! hell yea!!!!

oh yea... this thing weighs 3.5lbs, my skinny look'n duke race i had was 3.7lbs, haha this monster is lighter 

Pete! Holy smokes! That's a killer saddle! I reckon that persistence, like the 2 years you spent on finding the wheelset, really pays off. I've been looking at TagWheels as a potential supplier of my next wheelset. They've just come up with a 3-spoke wheelset which I think you will like as well. No price yet but I'm sure this will cost an arm and a leg. (I'll just have to stick to biscuits and cheezwhiz for the next 6 months to save up for em. Haha)
Where'd you find that killer saddle? Though it looks nice, I'm not too sure if it'll do good for my rear end - especially since my bike is set up for cross country and minor downhill. But from an artistic perspective, you hit the jackpot.
My next upcoming purchase (in 2 weeks) is an FSA carbon crankset. After that, all i will lack in upgrades is my front fork, my wheelset, and my hydro brakeset.

thanks bro... i love show'n off my obsession! keep us updated on your build. those tag wheels are pretty cool and bombproof but a little overkill unless yer huck'n off cliff's, haha
did you notice the tag wheels with hubs/axles are almost 10 lbs, WOW ! im watching these carboneum wheels now, letting a few sell to guage reliability, strengh, flex ect... their fairly new but its a pretty trick and light wheel disc only and its carbon fiber with a clean straight weave,which is a good indication of quality manufacturing (tagg's are composite plastic, flat black)

im like'n these carboneums, i think you might too, check them out

Thanks for the info Pete. I checked out the website. That's a killer wheelset! I bit pricey though but nevertheless, still bitchin. The price plus shipping may be too steep for me to justify but then, as they always say, buy till it hurts - especially if its for a hobby you love to do. At this point, I'm upgrading my crankset, headset, and deraileurs for Christmas as a gift to myself so there goes my seed money for the wheelset.

Tell you what, if you ever decide to get those Carboneums, let me take that current wheelset of yours off your hands. I've been obsessing over them for the longest time and maybe you can do me the favor of selling them to me at a good price.
