Yes, my old frame made it up Alpe d'Huez back in 2004.  This frame has done many k's across Australia and Europe.  She also has ridden on the Champs Elisse on the final day of the tour (ok, not in competition, but if you do get up early enough before the Gendarme's come out you can ride with the barriers up and no traffic!!)

This one is retired now, but looking forward to my next EPX frame.
