RE: HELP NEEDED : Anyone faced this problem before with their 7.5" rear shock with 7.5" mount
The front dérailleur needs to rotate anti-clockwise around the BB shell so its top misses the swing arm. It does make for a slow change onto the big ring but I don't use it very often so I'm not unduly concerned.

RE: HELP NEEDED : Anyone faced this problem before with their 7.5" rear shock with 7.5" mount
Thats the way. I made a tab out of Aluminium sheet about 3mm thick it needs a little offset in it to make it line up withthe back of the FD. Fix it on the frame with one screw then put the SA in place and rotate the FD into place then mark the tab ...

You need to rotatte teh FD around the BB to make clearance. Funny I'm just about to do the opposite and shorten the travel on mine. Paul.
